“When Can I Retire?” [VIDEO]

by dawnmarrs on May 4, 2011

When Can I Retire?“When can I retire?” It’s a question more and more people are asking every day. Every single day, from now until the year 2030, ten thousand people in the North America alone will turn 65. How many of them will be looking for the answer to that question? Without even checking the statistics you can safely say it will be most of them.

In all seriousness, if you are at or near retirement age and do not have a good nest egg built up, the prospects can be more than a little scary. Government pension plans are not nearly enough to maintain the kind of life you’re used to living, and if you’re depending on 401K, chances are you’ve lost a significant amount of your planned retirement fund.

I’m not going to claim I have an answer for everyone, but take a minute to watch the video below.  Because of the information in this video I answered the question “when can I retire?” with “now” when I was 29 years old and have never looked back. It’s worth a watch, and if it’s right for you, you’ll know it in less than 8 minutes:

When Can I Retire? Watch and Find Out…

So before I told you “you’ll know in 7 minutes.” Check your gut feeling… do you feel like this might be fore you? Because if so, that’s the same feeling I had before I took my leap of faith. And three years later I’m the most happily retired 30-year-old I know.

Thanks Dawn for sharing such valuable information that EVERYONE should now.
As a Certified General Accountant with over 10 years of practical experience, I could never have imagine retiring from my corporate job at the age of 39 to work from home and for myself. In the last 6 months I have increased my organization by 3.5 times, all while travelling across the US with my husband for the month of March, and spending another week in beautiful California in April.
I can tell you without a doubt that this would not have been possible in any other industry than multi-level marketing. Where else could an accountant work part-time and replace her full-time income in just 3 short years, and in her 4th year projected to triple her income as a Certified General Accountant, a profession that took me 4 years of University and 6 years to obtain my professional designation.
Find a company that has proven success, a product that works (and preferably has visible and emotional results), and a compensation plan that rewards working in teams so that you leverage yourself and create residual passive income.
I haven’t done anything extraordinary, but am now living an extraordinary life!!
If I can do it, so can you.
Nancy

Nancy, I love your story! I also love hearing it from a professional accountant… I think it might be a clue that there is some potential in this business!

What I’ve come to realize is that every single person I know who has stuck around past the three-year mark is now creating a six- or multiple six-figure income. It’s not a get rich quick scheme, but it is a way to get rich, which is more than I could say for any job I’ve ever had.

Thanks so much for sharing your story here Nancy!

Nice post, Dawn – and Nancy, I love hearing stories like yours. I was just explaining to my brother who was in town this weekend about how Dawn is doing so well with her business…

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’ve met more individuals who became independently wealthy in this industry than in any other, including real estate and traditional entrepreneurship. And, as Dawn says only the quitters fail. Everyone I know who stuck with their business succeeded.
