First of all, this is not going to be a review of the Isagenix products or compensation plan (although both are exceptional). You can find that information on the Isagenix website and I encourage you to do so if you haven’t already.
Instead I would like to focus on how the Isagenix business can impact you personally, based on what I have seen first-hand while building my own Isagenix business over the past three years. Here are answers to the top three questions I always get asked about the Isagenix Business.
“Will I Make Money In The Isagenix Business?”
That is completely dependant on you, and the actions you take. There is unlimited potential in the compensation plan, however, results come to those who actively work their business. You can make a lot of money with Isagenix, even on a part time basis (5-10hrs per week), so long as you are are taking consistent action and using your time wisely.
It’s important to understand how money is made with your Isagenix business – product has to move. That means that to make money you’re going to have to learn how to move it… through retail sales, and recruiting. This might mean you need to learn some new skills; recruiting, marketing, calling leads etc.
The great thing about this business is that you don’t necessarily have to be great at every single thing – your Isagenix team will likely have a wide range of expertise. Get to know your team and their strengths, and then leverage those. Together you’ll be much more successful than if you work on your own.
Every business is going to have a learning curve… embrace it and learn to be a great marketer, sponsor or leader and over time both you and your team will become more successful. I think it’s important to note that your team will do as you do; if you show them that you are getting on training calls and taking your business seriously, they will too.
“How Much Money Will I Make With My Isagenix Business?”
Again, this is largely dependant on your actions and the actions of your downline. You don’t actually need tens of thousands of people in your Isagenix business to get a full-time paycheck. What you need are people who order consistently every month. If you keep that in mind when you’re sponsoring new distributors and selling to new customers, then it only makes sense you want them to have a great experience with Isagenix right away.
If you can create a good experience for new people, it’s likely they will stay on the products and continue to order, paying you long into the future. Stay in touch with and encourage everyone who you introduce to the company and you’ll be securing a residual income based on happy repeat customers.
“Is There Anyone Who Doesn’t Make Money With The Isagenix Business?”
Yes. Just as with every business, there are people who will excel and people who will fail. Failure though, almost always comes as a result of quitting. Believe me, I’ve had my wall-kicking moments… team members will drop off their autoship, and customers will occasionally return product without even trying it.
But if you make a decision – I mean really make a decision – that you are going to be successful with your Isagenix business, then you will become an unstoppable force and nothing will keep you from success. Ups and downs are inevitable in any business, particularly when you’re just getting started. But stick with it, find a good mentor, and you have an opportunity to create an incredible income that will pay you, long into the future.
