$30,000 In One Month… And That Was Just Their Bonus

As I promised in my last post, I have many interesting stories and victories to share… some are my own and some are of people I care about and respect. This is one such victory.

A few months ago, Isagenix announced the “Executive Leadership Pool” – $400,000 a month -  that would reward leaders in the company for their hard work.

For the month of July, Daniele and Jason Herbert found out their share of the July pool was $30,000 dollars. Thirty-Thousand Dollars. In one month. I know the Isagenix compensation plan inside out, and even I was blown away. Some people don’t make that in a year!

Daniele and Jason are my friends and mentors in this business, and it’s amazing to see the rewards they are getting, simply by sharing Isagenix and helping others (like myself) to achieve their dreams.

I’d like to share an exerpt from a note they sent out sortly after Kathy Coover, Isagenix Vice-President, called to tell them about their bonus. I think it speaks volumes about who they are.

“Last week, Dani & I took our sons on a vacation of rides and slides in Lake George, NY. As we had dinner at a local Japanese restaurant, we felt overwhelmed with joy because 2 days earlier, Kathy Coover gave us the news that we had received the biggest payout, $30,000, in Isagenix’s Leadership Pool for the month of July. The $30,000 was not just because of us, it’s was due to the efforts of many. Our success comes from being part of a team that is building a SOLID foundation.

So as we ate our wonderful meal, we raised a glass to all of you for your efforts in building your dreams. It is a path that isn’t always seen with immediate results but, over the long term, it can give big payouts. Someday, you could be on the line with Kathy…at least that’s our goal.”

Daniele and Jason Herbert have built their business by helping others achieve their goals, and because of them, many people are well on their way to financial freedom. They celebrate the successes of each of their team members as if they were their own, and in doing so have created an abundance in their lives that most people can only dream of.

So today I would like to celebrate their success, and thank them for their years of dedicated leadership. Over the last two years, their guidance and support has changed and enriched the course of my life in ways they’ll probably never know.

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart – no one deserves this bonus more than you two.
